What better time to pause than during the school holidays? 🍃

It was such a joy to be invited by School to hold sound bath sessions for their team. While the students are on break, these dedicated educators and staff finally had a well-deserved moment to rest and recharge their own energy.

My heart was full seeing them so openly embrace the experience. There was such a beautiful, curious energy in the room; many were keen to explore the different instruments and test the sounds for themselves.

A powerful reminder that rest is not a reward for hard work; it is an essential part of it. Honoured to have held this peaceful space for them. ✨

I’ve always believed that as a therapist, I attract souls who are navigating paths I've walked myself. My work is a sharing of the healing discoveries that have transformed my own life.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. In my healing journey, I learned that the thyroid is connected to the throat chakra, the energy centre for speaking our truth and living authentically. A blockage here can manifest as a difficulty in expressing our true selves. With the help of sounds, I have worked on myself to speak my truth with clarity and compassion, and I'm grateful that my hypothyroidism has not returned.

This past Sunday’s sound bath felt deeply fated. As I performed a personal cleansing for a dear client, my singing bowl’s sound suddenly grew dim and was swallowed up near her neck area. It was an intuitive moment, a clear sign of stagnation. I stayed there, allowing the resonant frequencies to harmonize and clear what was stuck.
In a beautiful moment of telepathy, she felt it too, a blockage in her throat, and then a release. She had arrived with the intention to calm her nerves for a presentation, wanting to show up as her best self.
I am so deeply moved and glad that she shared her anxiety melted away and her presentation later flowed effortlessly. 🕊️

We’re taught to chase the external. The bigger title. The nicer car. The perfect life.
And I get it. Money provides freedom. It can buy moments of happiness. But I learned that the foundation of our wealth matters most. If it’s built on a foundation of greed, of never-ending wanting, is it truly wise wealth?
For me, I’ve come to understand that peaceful living is a different kind of richness. It’s a currency that runs deeper than any rat race.
Yes, money is important. But peace? The peace I’m talking about is beyond what money can buy. It’s what you find when you stop running from yourself.
My own healing journey has been about making peace. Making peace with my own strength, my vulnerabilities, my so-called weaknesses.
The real shift happened when the moment my soul could finally look within, meet my shadow self, and compassionately accept the way who I am.
That acceptance? That’s the foundation for a wealth that truly lasts.
