We are keen to support the development of TRE practice and the deepening of healing journeys through this workshop that we are running in collaboration with Joan Stanton. So far in our preparation, it has felt like a meeting of great minds and the sense of shared purpose and intention for contributing to the empowerment of others has been one of the things that makes us both feel blessed in being able to offer this.

TRE is itself a modality which, through the body, can bring a lot of meaningful processing that can lead to profound healing. And, in combination with the more deliberate and inward reaching dimension offered by engaging in some intracellular communication and supporting the practice with the gentle but effective tapping tool that is EFT, the experience becomes that much more complete and really helps us to feel like we have given ourselves the best support we can for engaging with and healing that within us which calls out for attention and love.

Though we have been very quiet, we actually have been working on many things, not the least of which is getting full-on creative with one of our favourite modalities, TRE®.
