What is an LPA?

An LPA is a legally binding document that grants authority to an appointed individual, known as the "donee," to make decisions on your behalf when you are no longer mentally capable of doing so. You can appoint more than one donee if you wish. The appointed individual(s) can make decisions concerning your personal welfare, including healthcare, as well as your property and financial matters.

Provide receptionist duties at front counter
Prepare and dispense medications
Assist doctors during consultation
Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
Prepare submission for corporate claims
Handle all transactions include payments and ensure proper documentation
Perform basic tests on patient (E.g. administering urine test)
Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or doctors

Able to commit 5.5 working days per week

Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to communicate in other languages. Able to speak Chinese will be a bonus.
Friendly and cheerful personality. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome. On-the-Job training will be provided. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
