Tess Jaggy

Tess Jaggy Welcome! I am a Shamanic Practitioner and Healer. Please msg. me for rates and descriptions of therapies and sessions.

Growing up in a family with a rich spiritual heritage, I was born with the gift of healing. My ancestors had a strong connection to the spiritual realm, and my great-grandfather, the seventh son of a seventh son, was an Appalachian faith healer. My mother and grandmother are gifted psychics, and my father has a deep understanding of the unseen world. Their collective wisdom and guidance helped shape my spiritual journey from an early age, instilling a sense of purpose and a desire to help others through my healing abilities. With this calling, I explored my natural abilities as a young girl, developing a deep connection with the unseen world, an affinity with crystals, strong intuition, and the ability to heal. However, I temporarily stepped away from my spiritual calling for several years before the call became too strong to ignore. Seeking guidance from mentors and teachers, I pursued the path of Shamanism, exploring different forms of spiritual healing. Today, I am a Shamanic Practitioner, a certified Usui Reiki master and Crystal Healer, utilizing multiple modalities to help my clients on their healing journeys. In addition to my private practice, I have worked with law enforcement, providing healing services to support those in high-stress, trauma-inducing situations. I have also volunteered my services in homes for the disabled, working pro bono to bring comfort and healing to those in need. My extensive training and passion for spiritual healing have allowed me to develop a unique approach to my work. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal themselves, and my goal is to facilitate that process by providing guidance, support, and spiritual tools. Through my work, I strive to empower individuals to access their innate healing wisdom, connect with their inner selves, and unlock their potential for spiritual growth and transformation. My experiences as a healer have taken me to different parts of the world, and I have practised on three different continents. With a deep commitment to my client's well-being and spiritual growth, I continue to expand my knowledge and skills as a healer, while remaining grounded in the spiritual traditions passed down through my family for generations.

May you never lose your wonder,
for no moment is ordinary.

I love this poem from Ursula K. Le Guin — a quiet reminder to move with curiosity, reverence, and the courage to come home to yourself.

A blessing for those walking the path of spiritual growth, nature connection, and shamanic ways.

For those who listen to the unseen, honour the turning seasons, and return—again and again—to the sacred.

Today is International Forgiveness Day.

Sometimes, forgiveness begins with a breath -a soft loosening of the grip we didn’t realise we still had.

Be a spark.

A beacon.

A lantern.

In times of confusion or fear,
it’s not perfection the world is asking for—
but presence.
The quiet light we carry
when we choose to stand
rooted in what’s real.

Not everything sacred happens in silence—some of it happens in motion slowed to stillness. One person’s distraction is another’s devotion.

This means that every part of us, down to our very atoms, was once inside a star. We are physically connected to the cosmos in a deep and literal way. As Carl Sagan said, “The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies were made in the interiors of collapsing stars. We are made of star stuff.” 🌠

But beyond science, from a spiritual perspective, this also suggests an eternal cycle—just as stars live, die, and transform, so do we. Existence is an endless cycle of transformation, woven from the remnants of the universe—matter reshaping, energy flowing, life returning to life—making us not just observers of the cosmos, but an intrinsic part of its unfolding story. ✨🌌

Went for a walk deep in the woods. Let it all go and and left it there—highly recommended.

Nature, with her loving arms, strong shoulders, and an even bigger heart, took it all in. Something shifted. I walked away lighter, freer, and more myself again.

About Me

I was born with the ability to heal - into a family with a strong spiritual lineage. I grew up in a home surrounded by spiritualism. As a young girl I explored my abilities – my affinity with crystals, claircognizance, and my ability to heal. As I grew into an adult, so did my interests in different forms of spiritual healing. For several years, I stepped away from my spiritual calling. But the call grew louder, and with the help of those who guide me, I am pursuing the path of the Shamanisnm. I'm also a certified Usui Reiki master, and a Crystal Healer. Please send me a message for detailed session descriptions and pricing. In Oneness, and with love, Tess
