Last couple of weeks felt intense.
I don't know how this time feels for you, but I was facing some old programs and stories, my mind was triggered and emotiones as well.
Yes, I have heard about energies being intense, about the Solar flair ups...
While it is good to know that it is not all about me (yes, we can feel very instable if we are energeticaly sesitive), it still calls for more attention and care. 💫💛
So the period like this is perfect time to turn inside with more care, compasion and see/feel what has been touched there.
This is the work that helps me and my clients go through the intense days, times, seasons.
1. Slowing down to really feel what is arising inside.
2. Time to talk to the inner child and be the loving & kind "caretaker - parent" to the one inside that is feeling the turmoil.
3. Journaling and plenty of time in nature.
4. Talking to a friend.
5. Deep conscious breathing.
6. Yin yoga and some light qigong.
7. Allowing the sensations and emotions
while trying to stay in the observer mode and not making a story out of it.
8. Leaning into trust.
9. Doing something that makes your 💛 tick, soften and dance.
10. Spend more time in nature 💫,meditate.
