The Sound Healing follows the ancient path of Nada Yoga – the devotion to the subtle sound. The Crystal Bowls are made of pure clear quartz sand.

Simonanda is a sound artist and life coach, who offers Sound Journeys and Healing Workshops. She has been blessed with remembering the ancient tradition of fine tuning the body through the art of sound vibration using her voice, tuned clear quartz crystal bowls and sound pyramids, Tibetan bowls, the Venus Gong and more. Spirit is constantly showering her with an extensive variety of gentle to powerful melodies, pieces, songs and spherical sounding for crystal bowls and voice to connect the dimensions for us. Her warm velvet alto voice blends magically together with the pure crystal bowl tones, guiding you to enter a Sound Portal and dive into the spheres of harmony and rejuvenation. It is about surrendering to the vibrating sound, where our souls merge into the Ocean of Oneness, and healing naturally happens. The Power of Clear Quartz Crystal Bowls and Sound Pyramids:

Everything is in a state of vibration including our bodies. Each organ and system vibrates to a certain note and frequency, furthermore this radiates in specific light and color. As we are made of more than 70% of water – sound can be most beneficial. Just by surrendering to the sound flow, our bodies pick up naturally what is needed to reach the perfect state of balance and inner peace. Each crystal bowl is tuned to one specific tone (like F major) that stretches from a halftone lower to a halftone higher corresponding to the chakras of our body. That makes 7 crystal bowls as a set. Some of them you will feel more tangible than others. The dimensions of each Crystal Pyramid are scaled to the same dimensions as the Cheops Pyramids in Egypt. They are handmade and invented by Dieter Schrade from Germany. When these instruments are played, they create infinite sounding spirals of magnificent full tones and overtones that constantly overlap, building up spherical healing music. When Simonanda joins in singing along with them, the music can range from shamanic to angelic to uncommon or extraordinary… depending on the divine power that is channeled through and the group of people who comes together for the healing concert.

Today I experienced my walk through the eyes of Bruno, my little house guest from .0 and Victoria. There is so much to sniff and read the news via nose. Unfortunately that is not my strength as a human but Bruno seemed to have a lot to catch up with in between... And a forest walk is also very different from city walk and Bruno is rather used to Milano and Koper... Now his world expands again and I'm delighted to be on his side and sharing his joy...

It never becomes routine but changing, evolving, upgrading in sync with the Divine✨
Sound is not only mezmerizing in beautiful and sometimes intense ways on a healing journey. When I tune in for my client and become empty, I learned to embrace this vortex of nothingness and silence. Only then while taking a timeless moment here... it leads to deep expanding even my consciousness while holding Sacred Sound Space for my client/s.
As an empty chalice that is filling up by the Divine ✨ and sharing, channeling and giving in its own speed, sound, colours, frequencies, light codes, sacred geometries...
That's why it's never boring but expanding like an infinite spiral in the quantum field ... He to ourselves but with growing awareness 🌀

How do u recharge yourself?

I was blessed with a round trip in Soča Valley by my son .0 as my birthday gift and we truly had fun and all weather sides, what a day❣️
Making memories, recharging in nature, visiting power places, falling in awe with Mama Gaia, becoming humble once again by seeing her many different and magnific landscapes, profoundly empowering, revitalizing and aligning to the magnetic field of her... Ahhh I AM in love with her and so grateful for this life on Earth.
Her beauty is healing us her coulers just therapeutic and her heartbeat and sounding cradling and softening us, smoothing and holding an frequency bath of the finest. As I give many sound baths - here I just stand still and listen, close my eyes and smile...

Yeahhhh 💃 ☀️
Landed in Cyprus and grounding now in flowers of Tochni. Ahhhh this spring season is very different to our autumn retreat here. I'm loving the freshness around 20*C - great for walks without sweating 😉
Every season has its own "ups" and "downs" from the perspective of human filter. Personally I like focusing on the positives although my body loves wame summer temperatures too ☀️

In this world there can be beauty and ugliness right beside each other. It's our focus that determines to what we want to align and connect to. This again defines our energy field either spiraling down or up. The choice is always ours.

I haven't put in the "proof of ugliness" like photos of construction side in prep up or plastic bags hanging in the bushes or waist bags on roofs...
I see that earthly life is always in process of developing - blooming - fading - dying.

I'm so grateful to be in Mama Gaia's embrace and studying her fields of diversity. Supportingy fellow humans and beloved animals has always been my thing from as long as I can remember.

Working in the field of therapy and energy healing - what I also learned is that we as givers need to REGULARLY as well recharge our batteries, empty our mind and reconnect to our soul on a deeper level. Meaning that this Healing Retreat attracted the perfect group including Tjaša , my beloved yogini goddess and myself already indulging into the clearing and cleansing of breathwork right at the sea side...

Thank u for having attended this very special Mantra Sound Bath. It has worked for each of us in mysterious ways of journeying through the depth of the void into merging with the Divine ✨

I had been guided to wave in many different crystal bowls from Frosted ones in 4th octave via transparent ultra light ones in 3rd octave to Alchemical crystal bowls, different sized sound pyramids, the big Venus Chimes and my alto voice merging with some of these vibrational instruments.

It seemed a journey through timelessness, a void that is rather listening and carrying and guiding slowing into transformation within us of what's ready to be transformed, renewed and re-calibrated...
✨
The Mangold soup afterwards was like a tasty green balm to the tummy, grounding our lovely connection right from soul to our earth body and the freshly baked bread already got into our noses once we opened the door to the stairs. Ah, life is good and it's so rewarding to be together with ur sound tribe. It's not the number of people - it's their hearts quality devoted to serve themselves and therefore also others in time. But everything springs first within us and when we nurture and love it, it will soon be reflected visibly to the outside in our environment, family, job, etc.

One step at a time and one breath at a time continuously with our heart's intention it's all that is needed to walk ur path with more awareness. This will grow it's power to transform the parts in our life that are ready to be upgraded...
