In a world filled with noise, stress, and endless rushing, it’s so important to hit pause and reconnect with yourself. 🧘🏼‍♀️

Whether it’s through spiritual practices, yoga, meditation, or simply through hobbies, activities, travel, or time spent in nature – finding what brings you peace is essential. 🌿

For me, it’s the calming presence of a snowy landscape. ❄️ It’s been my therapy since childhood, always bringing me that inner stillness and tranquility.

💥 Prepare for the solar eclipse aftershocks

🪐 Now that Mercury retrograde is ending, everything begins to flow again, including the solar eclipse aftershocks, which will shake up our lives, question our existence, work, relationships and everything we believed in.

🌪People and situations will push us over the edge, outside of our comfort zone and into the process of putting ourselves and our needs first.
