Why having a regular and ON TIME Sleep routine, can help you Heal?

Every cell in your body has a ‘clock gene’ 🧬 coordinated by one Master clock in your Brain (SCN). This system ensures your organs aren’t all trying to do their ’heavy lifting’ at the same time.

This is why it’s important to stay in rhythm of a day and night, for your body to be able to Activate & Deactivate the work of a certain organ, when it’s time to do so.

If you eat your meal at 11 pm, under Artificial Blue light, when your gallbladder was meant to start to clean, you are confusing your activation & deactivation Signals, because you are giving your body food to digest at the wrong time under the Artificial light 💡 that is telling your body it is afternoon 🕛.

Your organ clock genes are confused & what happens in the body? Dis-order, the system collapses when this is done on repeat.

Besides your organ schedule, SCN manages also your:

-> Hormone regulation (melatonin, cortisol, growth hormone, ghrelin & leptin)
-> Core body temperature (internal thermostat)
-> Immune system (pro-inflammatory phase to fight off infections)
-> Autoimmune Nervous System (stress, fight, flight & rest, digest state)

In the 90s ‘low-fat’ was sold as the biggest food to fear but in reality it is the most important molecule your body needs, not just for fuel but to function well.

Michael Crawfords study finds that the brain is not made of protein but of fats (lipids).

Specifically DHA (omega 3), which consumes 60% of our brain. DHA sits in your cells membranes and acts as a wire that connects light through the protein in the retina of your eye -> receives and utilizes the energy for your brain to function properly.

If this does not happen cells ‘leak’ leading to brain fog, fatigue which many try to fix with coffee.
And if we go further when these are replaced with processed industrial oils it is the cause of many gut issues, bloating, constipation, inflammation …

As M. Crawford names DHA the Master Molecule of a human body and in lack of this molecule contributing to many physical disease, he claims that 21st century would be defined by ‘mental health crisis’ which can remind us that this change in a human brain is not purely emotional but Structural.

I used to choose workouts and life habits that (because of lack of knowledge) caused more damage and pain than support to my body:

From hormonal and gut misalignments, sleep disturbances, skin issues, focus and brain fogg, inflamation, adrenal and oxydative stress, injuries, back pain - you name it, I faced it.

At first it looked like I need to take a big step back; until I realized that I needed to change my ‘WHY’ behind it ‘all’.

When Health became my answer, my life habits and approach to life & movement completely shifted. The step back actually ended up being a big step forward.

Moving and living life feeling good in my body made me fall in love in what I teach and coach my clients even more, because I want everyone to experience what it feels to feel healthy and free ☺️

Try the upper workout 2-3 sets each, 10 reps, if you want to do some different kind of work for your core, balance & posture 😌

Hips are a storage of stress and trauma.Workouts like heavy lifting or running and the sedentary position of a modern human being (car, office) only elevate the tightness in hip and thigh area.Additionally if we speak about organs (like liver) and living a stressful life, hips contract even further.Adding mobility and flexibility movement to your routine can release the tension and potentially allow you to lift heavier, walk freely, release and calm trauma and stress experience, as well support the elimination of toxins of the liver.In life we need to be finding balance at all times. And if at the moment you have built a certain amount of, example: strength; it’s okey (if not even necessary for the long run) if you dedicate some time to your weaknesses (mobility). . At one point you will again need less of it. Constant assessments and revisiting of your goals that align with your values are a 🔑 to your success!

When we learn to enter the role of a follower then life itself becomes like a guide, an e-book, to where you are meant to go.
And who you are meant to Be.

In that case every unpleasant thing, every ‘no’, every pain, every thing that did not happen just shows you the way, a direction -> that this is not meant for you.

You become an explorer of the creation in-front of you that gives you wisdom and you find your purpose.

There is nothing more that I love to do than continue to dive deep into getting to know the miracle of Human existence.

I narrowed my path into studying the functions of a woman’s body and what I love even more is to share it with every woman that wants to know more about health and her own uniqueness🙏

Through my own health journey I have come to understand that true FREEDOM to living life to its full potential is -> Health.

Just imagine:

-knowing how to act (not react) when uncomfortable emotions arise
-not being a slave to your own mind & thought patterns
-understand the flow of your hormones
-feed your organs & systems with nutrients for it to function well (proteins, carbs, fats, minerals & vitamins)
-be intuitive WITH your body & learn to hear that which it is communicate to you that it needs
-learning that movement (strength, exercise, stretch, walk, rehab, etc) are as crucial to your body as hydration, sleep, nutrition
-creating a community around you that supports you & uplifts you
-removing toxins from your environment
-building your values & knowing why you are here (you have a purpose)

Do you feel you are ‘doing it all right’ & still suffer from health issues, feeling empty, deep down knowing something is missing in your life?

As human beings one of our basic needs is to socialize & build a meaningful healthy honest genuine relationships. We can have all the aspects of healthy living ‘under control’ but if we don’t have a real connection with the other being research has confirmed that health issues will continue to show up.
