Enough to loose wight, to increase body strength, flexibility, and psychomotor skills such as proprioception,coordination, balance and agility. Proper and vigorously ex*****on of the exercises such as pulling or pushing oneself up, bending, jumping, or swinging... using only one's body weight for resistance gives visible results and enhances the general well-being.
