We were taught that clarity brings peace.
Clear answers.
Clear relationships.
Clear plans.
But the body often longs for something else.
Clarity soothes the mind.
Trust steadies the nervous system.
And those two are not the same.
When we rush to define, label, or decide, it’s not always wisdom…
sometimes it’s regulation.
A way to quiet the body by closing the unknown too soon.
Trust doesn’t arrive in a moment.
It gathers slowly - through presence, through reliability,
through ordinary moments where nothing happens and yet something settles.
Not all uncertainty is healthy.
Not all boundaries are walls.
If your body tightens, braces, scans…
a boundary may be needed.
If it stays soft and curious, even without answers…
trust may be forming.
Maturity isn’t forcing clarity.
It’s staying present without abandoning yourself.
Clarity will come.
Trust decides when.
