Admit it… whether you’re sitting, lying down, or holding your 📱 in your hands, you’re usually looking down at it. The same goes for your 💻 or other devices.

And when that happens, the skin on your neck spends most of the day compressed.

Our habit of staring at screens for hours (yes, we are all in this together in today’s high-tech era) causes collagen and elastin to break down faster, leading to premature signs of aging like wrinkles, sagging skin, and age spots. 😩

How can you prevent it?

One simple thing you can do is hold your devices at eye level. And add neck stretches with targeted face yoga exercises at least once a day. 👌

👅 Use your TONGUE to REDUCE your Double Chin:

1️⃣ Press the tip of your tongue firmly to the roof of your mouth. Hold for 15 seconds.�2️⃣ Press your tongue flat (like a pancake 🥞😊) to the roof of your mouth. Hold for 15 seconds.�3️⃣ Roll your tongue back into your throat. Hold for 10 seconds.

Repeat all steps 5-6 times.

If you look in the mirror and see…

Waking up with a sore jaw from teeth grinding? 😬
You can use this simple face yoga and tension release routine if you hold a lot of tension in the jaw area during the night or if you grind your teeth.

We tend to hold a lot of stress in the jaw so this is really good to do every night before bed.

By using this technique you’re less likely to grind your teeth or wake up with a sore jaw and at the same time you’re getting facelift and face sculpt benefits as well.
