Nikki Way Galaxy is devoted to teaching yoga to children in a fun, interactive and unique way with the main aim to support children’s uniqueness, inner joy, openness and most of all to improve their wellbeing, mental and physical health on many levels to improve the quality of their daily lives. The main aim is to help them become more conscious, aware and healthy people with a positive and growth mindset to overcome all the challenges in life with ease. Main motto in my lessons: Exercise, play, connect and have fun! The lessons of Nikki Way Galaxy are based on yoga in story- telling and songs, arts and crafts, interactive and mindful games with different skill development, guided meditation and various breathwork techniques. Various interactive activities and games develop mindfulness, teamwork, increase of self-esteem and children are also improving their social, emotional and communication skills while doing yoga and having fun. Our children live in a hurry-up world full of different influences and pressures every day. The bustling pace of our children's lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy and overall well-being and mental health. Yoga brings so many benefits for children and together with mindfulness children learn the techniques to have a growth mindset and positive attitude to life. . Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's noncompetitive, non-religious and non- dogmatic. BENEFITS OF YOGA FOR KIDS

About the teacher from NIKKI WAY GALAXY

Nikoleta (Nikki) is an internationally qualified Yoga and English teacher with 8+ years´ experience working with children with different family and cultural background in 4 different countries (Slovakia, Czechia, UK and Peru) in several primary schools, grammar schools, clubs and communities. She has moved back to Slovakia to continue sharing with children what she has learnt so far.
