✨ Prana & The Chakras ✨

Prana is the life force energy flowing through us with every breath. It moves through energy pathways in the body and rises through the chakras, our inner centers of power and awareness.

🌙 Ida – the moon channel (calming, cooling)
☀️ Pingala – the sun channel (activating, warming)
⚪ Sushumna – the central channel where higher awakening takes place

As prana flows upward, it activates the chakras:

🔴 Root – grounding & stability
🟠 Sacral – creativity & flow
🟡 Solar Plexus – strength & will
💚 Heart – love & compassion
💙 Throat – truth & expression
💜 Third Eye – intuition & vision
⚪ Crown – unity & higher consciousness

When prana is balanced, we feel aligned, clear, and connected. When blocked, it creates imbalance within body, mind, and spirit.

For centuries, elders have shared stories of this transformation in the sky: some heard the growl of spirits, some the drum of prayer, others a call to return to what is sacred.

On this powerful night, we warmly invite you to join us for a guided Full Moon Meditation and Ritual, either online or in person.

Together we will:
– Pause and breathe by the water
– Watch the rippled line of light
– Offer a simple vow
– Release what is finished
– Call back what is true
– Give thanks for the circle that hides and reveals, ends and begins
