Lung strengthening drink ONION, TURMERIC, GINGER, HONEY
Onions contain antioxidants that protect the lungs and treat infections. Turmeric contains curcumin, which treats lung inflammation. Ginger has an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. Honey strengthens the whole organism.
Clean the raw materials onion, turmeric and ginger, boil for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Add honey. Put it in the refrigerator. We drink 3 days every month.
