Namaskaram yogi friends, happy winter solstice💚
Just a bit of info on this powerful event that affects us all. All the changes of energies that happen in a subtle way in the cosmos also happen within our bodies. We are a part of this all 😉
We are at the beginning of Uttarayana.
That means the Sun is moving towards north, so this motion of the Sun transitioning from south to north is called Uttarayana.
The longest night of the year, winter solstice, is a day when the feminine energy reaches its peak. Not a coincidence in nature, but a deeply symbolic event that aligns with the universal rhythm of CREATION.
Feminine energy represented by darkness, stillness, intuition, nurturing and subconscious mind, everything that embodies this energy such as introspection, inner healing and receptivity also peaks. This creates an opportunity to align with this energy to set a stage for conscious creation and manifestation. It is the fertile soil where ideas and dreams are planted, nurtured and eventually brought to life. Perfect time to pause, reflect and go into the depths of subconscious mind. Meditate. Spend time alone, reflecting on your inner self. Do your Sadhana. The beginning upward pull of energies (uttaryana) is to help you to sprout and grow the seeds that you have planted depending how you nurtured the soil (body, mind, soul). 🤍 Transforming plans, dreams into REALITY.🙏🏽
The darkness of this day symbolizes the potential for inner illumination. When we tap into our intuition and subconscious mind during this peak, we gain clarity and what truly matters create a fertile ground for the seeds of manifestation. This energy is inherently receptive ,introspective and deeply intuitive. Energy of feeling, being and nurturing. Being Feminine 🌸🙏🏽
So if you have felt this shift in energies from mid November and have gone into a more introspective solitude mode and felt more inner oriented, it’s been the play of energies of the planets, solar system, universe 🙌🌍☀️🌗🪐
