If you see the faces of ancestors who act through you, you gain whole new appreciation of yourself and plenty respect for you, cutie-) Trust me.

“Seeing” is half way job done!
Consciousness is in.

Then you cut the influence (by healing it and also stepping in with more of your own essence) in a few circles.

Also I don’t believe we can cut only ‘unwanted influence’ (or DNA 🧬 parts deactivating). In every connection you get both! Always!

So now it’s only about your REALself.
All alone-)

However now we have potent energies to break all we wish or better to say create what’s more joyful.
Focus is on both equally.

Take it easy, rest much more n consciously integrate what you have learnt. Writing helps.

Don’t explore outside for now, explore your feelings n emotions cos they show you path.

In general what brings you the most joy is the key as much as what brings you the greatest pain.

Stay in. And honour yourself more.

Who am I n WHY Am I here? To cut the crap out of my reality n inspire you to do the same;)..

… In the past it was linked with bringing energies into earth n world as much as clearing some generational mess & collective karma through enjoying it at first hand 😀👌🏻

That’s done now, in a sense ‘that’ the way shifted into shine your real spirit through r persona increasingly & let go of shades of “let say” 3D and prepare body n nervous system for 5D

Nervous system is the key cos it runs whole biology!!!
Together with integrity which gives you stability n more control over your reality.

I’m therapist n teacher @ right positions for me, not for now but period.

It took me a while to paint it for me in rights colours because of evolved (not thanks to lol) 6th sense old spirit n it’s implications.

..time will come BY sinking into your envy. Feel it ❤️ and watch it loosing up. Every time a bit more.
It’s okay, to feel low frequency feelings and then shame/anger cos of it.
That’s just pattern(holding cycle); replaceable.

Do the same with shame, feel it n see through it.

Calm your EGo by pet talk just like with a child explain what you know by now.
I assume you (persona/humin) understand better now lol….but your subconsciousness, ancestral n soul imprint still runs the show.

By feeling every day a bit more we release and realise we are safe to be.
Period.

Walls are no more needed.

Cos overall you are made of light but you have to wash out your make up-)

I never liked an idea Of healing through self for various reasons.

If I do healing (or only pray for peace like now)
I connect ppl to source of everything within themselves (give them feeling) and then pray with ‘state of it being done’.. health or peace, using vision n knowing it’s done together with extending experience of deeper states of wealth.

In the end it’s all abt teaching ppl that they have all inside already, even if we use energy of earth or other white resources; goal is to lead ppl inside.

And now I also see that if one doesn’t do it from ‘intimate’ part of self healing isn’t permanent; for self or others.

Cos we can understand real power of light only via this layer in us.
Only after that white bubble shield works-)

f you remember your incarnations its more obvious, cos you been there, u’ve done it all.
So maybe it really is abt being Real YOU which holds joy n peace which helps build the higher realms Dimensions (heavan) on EARTH.

Emotional & energetical Intímacy with self n deeper sense Of self are path to Real Self.

You can be smart, aware, wealthy or in a present moment, loving n serving - if you dont have sélfIntimacy you dont really experience world n life on deep levels, and maybe thats what makes you keep searching for more n better.

While more n better will show itself in Real intimacy with frequency of everything.
