Our company Chirana develops, manufactures and distributes medical devices for hospitals, doctors and dentists worldwide. TRADITION and EXPERIENCE
The history of a company started in 1935 when a new manufacturing factory producing water-meters was built in Stara Tura. The production has changed in 1950’s when the product portfolio was extended with medical devices and in the early 1960’s the production of dental equipment began. Stara Tura associated in CHIRANA Holding.

Our business partner, Meditrans, introduced our new CHIRANA CONNECT unit 🦷 at the Krakdent exhibition in Poland 🇵🇱 and we simply couldn’t miss this premiere in Krakow!😍

Beyond our dental units, the booth featured a hands-on testing zone and live demonstrations led right at our booth by—wait for it—the one and only Nazariy Mykhaylyuk!💣
As a world-renowned Ukrainian dentist, Nazariy specializes in microscopic dentistry, aesthetic reconstruction, and Digital Smile Design.✨

Strengthening bridges between Slovakia and Morocco 🇸🇰🇲🇦

In the summer of 2025, we had the distinct honor of welcoming His Excellency, the Moroccan Ambassador, Mr. Azzedine Farhane, to our premises. We deeply value his interest in the Slovak healthcare industry and were proud to showcase our 90-year tradition of sophisticated manufacturing.
Building on that foundation, we are thrilled to share that in February 2026, our journey continued directly in Morocco. We are grateful for the successful business negotiations and the opportunity to visit the prestigious Mohammed VI University Hospital in Rabat. A big thank you to the Slovak-Moroccan Chamber of Commerce for their ongoing support!

🌬️In January, we participated for the first time in the Colours of Sepsis congress in Ostrava, an annual event dedicated to physicians and nurses working in intensive care. The congress has a postgraduate character and is considered an established professional meeting in the field of intensive care medicine. We took part in the congress as exhibitors, with our new anesthesia device as the main highlight of our presentation. The device attracted significant interest from attendees, and feedback from both physicians and nursing staff was very positive. Our goal was to introduce a new product line that we plan to launch in the near future and to establish personal contacts with healthcare professionals from clinical practice.
The congress was also attended by a large number of physicians from Slovakia, contributing to the high professional level of the event and to engaging expert discussions.
We plan to continue our participation in the Colours of Sepsis congress in the coming years.

🇸🇰V januári sme sa po prvýkrát zúčastnili odborného kongresu Colours of Sepsis v Ostrave, ktorý sa koná každoročne a je určený lekárom a zdravotným sestrám pôsobiacim v oblasti intenzívnej starostlivosti. Podujatie má postgraduálny charakter a patrí medzi etablované odborné stretnutia v oblasti intenzívnej medicíny. Na kongrese sme sa predstavili ako vystavovatelia. Hlavným bodom našej prezentácie bol nový anestetický prístroj, ktorý vzbudil výrazný záujem zo strany účastníkov. Naším cieľom bolo predstaviť novú líniu produktového portfólia, ktorú plánujeme uviesť na trh v blízkej budúcnosti, a nadviazať osobné kontakty s odborníkmi z praxe. Kongresu sa zúčastnilo aj množstvo slovenských lekárov, čo prispelo k odbornej úrovni podujatia a k zaujímavým odborným diskusiám. Na podujatie Colours of Sepsis plánujeme nadviazať aj v nasledujúcich ročníkoch.

🦷✨At the international AEEDC 2026 Exhibition in Dubai, we had the opportunity to showcase not only our portfolio of dental technology solutions, but also to introduce the new Chirana Connect dental unit, designed to better meet the needs of modern dental practices.
Participation in this prestigious event represented an important step for Chirana Medical in building new business partnerships and strengthening awareness of high-quality Slovak manufacturing in international markets.
Our individual participation in the exhibition was made possible thanks to support under the Slovakia Programme – SME support, with co-financing from the European Union.

🇸🇰 Na medzinárodnej výstave AEEDC 2026 v Dubaji sme mali možnosť ukázať nielen portfólio našich riešení v oblasti stomatologickej techniky, ale aj predstaviť novú dentálnu súpravu Chirana Connect, ktorá posúva naše produkty k potrebám moderných stomatologických ambulancií. Účasť na tomto prestížnom podujatí bola pre spoločnosť Chirana Medical dôležitým krokom v budovaní nových obchodných partnerstiev a posilňovania povedomia o kvalitnej slovenskej výrobe na zahraničných trhoch.
Naša individuálna účasť na výstave bola realizovaná aj vďaka podpore v rámci Programu Slovensko – podpora MSP a spolufinancovaniu Európskou úniou.

What an incredible first day at the world’s largest annual dental event!🤩 We were extremely busy today, engaging in productive meetings with our future partners🤝 Throughout the day, we also noticed a great deal of interest in our stand design🍀😊 — visitors were genuinely excited, taking photos and admiring the clean, simple concept of our dental unit🤍✨
