To progress at your workplace, make your boss love your work, and not your boss love you! Work in a trusted environment, not an emotional one. Make friends outside the office. In the office, follow these principles: know and perform your responsibilities, be smart, represent your boss well, do more research about your job, respect your boss and all your colleagues but don't befriend them, be an expert in time management, and add more value to the job. One day you will be promoted and recommended when it is time to fire or promote employees!

The day you know your colleagues are not your friends is when you compete for the same promotion. That is when you will greet them and they will pretend not to hear. Then, things that you only confided in them will leak. Backbiting and backstabbing will heighten. So, why not just do yourself a favour now and realise it before it is too late? Be friendly with everyone, but do not make friends with anyone. Do your work. Close your mouth. In the office, a closed mouth does not mean a closed destiny. Do this, then go home. Tomorrow, rinse and repeat.

Let Wisdom Guide You In 2025.

How can you travel all the way from overseas to your village to burry your parents, but you did not travel from overseas to visit them when they were sick? If you had visit them, they MAY not have died. You never spend Le 1000 to celebrate them. Now you are spending $200 dollars to commemorate their death? I think in Sierra Leone it is good life to unite us instead of death. Remember, you teach your children how to treat you in your old age by how you treat your parents in theirs. To me a befitting life is better than a befiting burial.

If a woman genuinely loves you, the only things she will ever want from you are affection, attention, and emotion, which are the three components of eros love. Once she begins requesting or even demanding transport fare and money for hair, cream, etc., you are no longer in the love zone. You have not even been friend-zoned. You are now in the commercial district. Disappear from that zone and end that so-called relationship or it will restrict your progress! God did not call you to be a parent to a fully grown woman who thinks she is too sexy to work.

When people celebrate the rich, it is not the person they are celebrating, it is the money, do your observation! That is why you should stop saying your friend abandone you when you became broke. They were never your friends. You were just too carried away to realise they were friend to your money. Churches and mosques are full every Sunday and Friday, I was in the bank yesterday, and I observed, banks are full every day of the work week. Go to Nigeria even when banks are closed or they have technical issues, people que at the ATMs.
It is a sad reality that demonstrates how relevant money is in today's world. People will flock to where there is money.
Even your relatives can forget your birthday. But they cannot forget if you owe them money.
So, if you want to be celebrated, after God, your family and wisdom, value money, and try to make it. But make it legally.

Good evening, dear all; this is the update on today's meeting. With five attendees. It was discussed at the meeting that all committed members should express their interest in contesting for any of the following positions.👇👇

*Excluding the office of the CEO and founder, the following positions are vacant:*

* President
* Vice president
* Secretary
* Treasurer

This executive board, made up of the following officers, will serve as the School Of Moral Thoughts governing body( Board of Trustees) by Article IV of the constitution.

Mark you! These officers shall be elected by a simple majority of voting members.

Every day, when I look around the landscape of society, I notice that there are a large number of organizations and many different types of organizations. One day this natural question came to mind: WHY?

Why are there so many organizations and so many different types of organizations?

While I was in the library this morning, I came across a book titled "Management and Organizational Behaviour" by Jon L. Pierce & Donal G. Gardner with Randall B. Dunham. In it, a sociologist, Talcott Person, answered my query.

"Like you and me, society has needs. If our individual needs are not fulfilled, our physical and mental well-being will be severely challenged."

In other words, unless society's needs are satisfied, it will fail to prosper and survive.

That is why people, or observers, come into existence and form organizations to help society satisfy its needs.

In light of this light, the third meeting of the School of Moral Thoughts is scheduled for Sunday.

*Purpose of the Meeting:*

To discuss the constitution.

To form the executive structure.
