Today is world mental health day as individuals, communities , and as a national let's us reflect on our journey in this life how can we make this world a better place by embracing each other's mistake, without judgment, condemnation, stigmatization, or abused ..these are all factors that are responsible for mental health issues so let's spread love , keep peace, and be pillar to lean on when someone needs u the most ,stop isolating people that loved u when u were down , don't break friendship u once had because of ur new status, stop spreading false rumors if u don't know the fact of the source, be kind, be hopeful, be stronge and don't give up in life believe in yourself, even if nobody believes in you be resilient, trust me you will succeed in life if u need counseling call us we are here for you "Your secret is my Secret" .

Mental health is real stop abusing your spouse, domestic violence can lead to mental melt down, starving ur kids because child support did not come earlier is wrong, telling your children not to speak out about their abuse by a family member is very wrong and may lead to fear and trauma... consult M3 counselling services we listen and help u heal "your secret is my secret ".

Integrity is when u do something right, without nobody is looking or even notice ur positive attitude. Confidentiality is key in every aspect of our lives, even if u're not friends with someone anymore can we stop telling other people what our friends discussed with us. So when will Parents, guardians, caregivers start discussing issues with their teenage girls that ur friend who is a boy of ur same age or older than u says he likes u and he is being generous or kind to u , does not give u the idea that he is responsible for all ur needs. U have a father or mother, they can provide that for u they decided to bring u into this world. Let's teach our children to be content and appreciative with what we can offer them, dont allow someone else to play ur role as a parents while u're still alive and not dead yet , dont use ur children as instruments for luxury or better still for livelihood. We will launch the campaign for teenage abuse very soon M3 counselling is here to listen "Ur Secret is my Secret ".
