Today, we held our 2026 strategic planning meeting, a moment to reflect, align, and plan intentionally for the year ahead. The day was spent doing the work that matters planning, challenging ourselves, and setting clear priorities for 2026.

We reviewed our operations, compliance, grassroots marketing approach, and the systems needed to strengthen visibility and sustainable growth.
The work continues. 💪🏾

Day 1 & Day 2 at have been deeply inspiring.
From high-level policy dialogues to the powerful stories of women in processing, to the innovation showcased at the exhibitions this gathering is a reminder of what is possible when Africa decides to industrialize on its own terms.

Over the last two days, we have been privileged to:
✨ Engage with experts driving the AfCFTA implementation
✨ Learn first-hand how Supplier Development Programmes are transforming MSMEs
✨ Hear the realities of women in processing — from finance to standards, markets and cross-border trade
✨ Join discussions on sustainable energy, value chains, and Africa’s next industrial decade
✨ And connect with African innovators showcasing truly world-class products

What is clear is this: Africa has the talent, the ideas, and the capacity. We now need the right systems, financing, partnerships, and policies to scale.
