3 x per week yoga classes, monthly singing circles and cacao ceremonies, massage therapy, dance therapy, vegan witchcraft, shamanic healing sessions, & annual Wild Woman Wisdom healing retreats. Weekly yoga schedule:
TUESDAY 19:00-20:30 Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa Yoga (L3)
WEDNESDAY 19:00-20:15 Beginner Hatha Yoga (L1)
THURSDAY 19:00-20:15 Basic Vinyasa Yoga (L2)
