This MEAL Masterclass is designed with a blend of participatory and applied learning methodologies to ensure practical understanding and direct workplace application:

➊. 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫-𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Delivered via Zoom or similar platforms every Monday and Thursday, combining short lectures, case discussions, and real-life examples from African contexts.

➋. 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: Weekly assignments and reflection questions will help deepen understanding and link learning to participants' ongoing work or field experiences.
