Maanta Waxay ku beegantahy Maalmaha loogu talo galay in korlooqado Wacyi galinta Caafimadka Nafta ( Mental health Action day)

Waxaan kula wadaagayna hadaanu nahay ururka kasoo-Nafeedada Somaliland, qodobadan samee si caafimaadkaga maskaxed kor u kaco.

1. Samee Jadwal Joogto ah
• Seexasho kugu filan habeenkii (7–9 saacadood).
• Cunto caafimaad leh cun oo joogto ah, ha ka boodin waqtiyada cuntada, cab biyo badan.
• Ku dar jimicsi fudud maalin kasta – socod 20 daqiiqo ah ayaa wax weyn taraya.



2. Ka Hadal Dareenkaaga
• La hadal qof aad ku kalsoon tahay marka aad dareento walbahaar ama xanuun nafsi ah.
• La-talin ama daaweyn cilminafsiyeed (therapy) waa taageero muhiim ah xitaa marka aadan xanuunsaneyn.



3. Baro Deganaanshaha Maskaxda (Mindfulness)
• Samee feejignaan, neefsasho qoto dheer, ama qorista joornaal si aad u dejiso naftaada.
• Adeegso apps sida Calm ama Headspace, ama qor 3 waxyaalood oo aad ka mahadcelinayso illahay.



4. Xadid Shaqada iyo Waqtigaaga
• Baro inaad tiraahdo “maya” marka lagaa rabo wax ku daalinaya.
• Yaree isticmaalka baraha bulshada iyo wararka xunxun.



5. La Xiriir Dadka
• La waqti ku qaado qoyska ama asxaabta taageerada leh.
• Ha noqon kaligaa– xiriirku waa daawo nafsadeed oo xoog leh.



6. Samee Wax Aad Jeceshahay
• Waqti u samee hobiyadaada ama waxyaalaha aad ku raaxaysato.
• Xitaa waxyaabo yar yar sida dhageysiga muusiga ama akhriska buug waa faa’iido.

7. Raadi Caawimaad Marka Aad U Baahato
• Ha sugin ilaa xaaladdu kacayso si aad u raadiso caawimaad nafsaaniyeed.
• Haddii aad dareemayso murugo, walaac joogto ah, ama daal nafsi ah – waa caadi inaad caawimaad hesho.

2: Daawo Nafeed ( psychotherapy ) : wa qaybka mida kasnafeedka tasi oo lagu daweeyo xanuunada nafsigaa kala duwan ee kudhaca bini adamaka ee loo yaqano xanuunada maanka ama dhinbirka sida : qulubka, walaaca ,shooga.
3:toosin nafeed ( counselling) wa qayb kamida nafkaseeda ka ama cilminafsiga kaaso ah xidhiidh cilmiyaysan (proficianal relashionship) kaso ka dhexeeya qof bartay toosin nafeed iyo qof ay hayso dhibaato nafeed kaaso radinaya cawimo, siloga cawiyo inuu xal ka gaadho dhibaatooyinka haysta kuwaas oo ku sababay emotinal damage kuna keenay : cadho , murugo , qomameen, cabsi , walaac.
