Omega-3 fatty acids waxay leeyihiin faa'iidooyin badan oo caafimaad.

1. Caafimaadka Wadnaha.

Yareynta Khataraha: Omega-3 waxay caawisaa in la yareeyo cadaadiska dhiigga iyo heerarka cholesterol-ka xun (LDL).
Kor u Qaadida Cholesterol-ka Wanaagsan: Waxay kordhisaa HDL, cholesterol-ka wanaagsan.
