Position: Sim Registration /Call Centre Agents
Job level: 1

Department: Customer Experience

Brief description:
1. Ensure that all Sim registrations are verified on time and in line with the regulatory Sim registration process compliance.
2. Ensure that Know Your Customer standards are adhered to for each registration.
3. Attend to all Sim registration transactions assigned.
4. Ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to, and no 5. Sim registration validations are never left unattended to and are verified within set time
6. Support registration validations from supports units
7. Attend training and coaching sessions scheduled for all Sim registration agents.
8. Ensure regular review of performance with Sim registration Coordinator
9. Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
10. Ensure that clients are kept happy and always satisfied by always providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges
11. Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members & delegate duties to all team members.

Requirement:
a. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
b. Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.

Skills:
• Computer Literate (Excel and Access), Basic proficiency in work processing and spreadsheets, and knowledge of GSM technology and services.
• Fluent in Arabic and good command of English. Other Languages a plus
• Time management skills
• Report writing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational Skills
• A fast thinker, flexible and willing to think/work outside the box; focus in on planning and problem prevention.
• Social Skills.
• Leadership: expected to direct and control.
• Confidentiality
• Multitasking: able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
