HOW TO USE STC 30 February 2021

*Please take note the*
*administration of STC 30*
Administering STC 30 rightly is Important for *Greater effect* & for Results
*Superlife members* should administer it themselves or teach people in the right way

There is a Tendency for The *Individual to pour the STC 30 into the mouth & swallow it* immediately after you empty the contents under the *Tongue*. This is due to its sweet flavour.

*Tell the person not to pour* it on top of the tongue because swallowing it will make the medication *Not effective*. The digestive system will neutralize it and the *liver will metabolize it*.

Let the person know he or she should not force himself to dissolve *STC30* once under the tongue like they would have done to a toffee.

*Let the person know, they cannot talk when the medication* is under the tongue because it is powder and they will spill it out.

*Take it first thing in the morning, *on an empty stomach*. It is administered *UNDER the tongue* , so that it can be absorbed DIRECTLY into the blood stream.

**An HOUR after taking a satchet, you are then free to Drink some water and to take your medication if you are on medication. DURING THE COURSE OF THE DAY drink at least 2 litres of water.

*The individual must be in the upright sitting posture* when taking STC30.

*No smoking an hour before of after taking stc30.

Hold STC30 *under the tongue for an average of 10-15 minutes until it dissolves* . Sit still and comfortably while it dissolves under the tongue.
