Right after the ever masses of Comprehensive Peace Agreement “CPA” been Signed, although a lot about the development of South Sudan have been said and some groundbreaking projects made, real success is only being dreaming of . The lion’s share from the young country’s budget that was expected to be allocated to local governance of the larg

ely illiterate children, sickly youth ex-combatants, and adults, met a snag along the way. True development programs are in total ignorance to converts poverty rockholds into propelling communities. This what drawn the attention to form a community based organization such that it will be running community livelihood services at very special magnitude. The economic downturn after the closure of oilfields, followed by hostility measures, and the just ongoing conflicts between Government and a rebel has greatly affected all sectors of development, thus keeping it firmly on the ground. All those above mentions objects have beset and been bedeviling for the county prosperity programs to the lower case juncture. From 2011 July 9th, several local government institutions had been earmarked to deliver service and in some cases, but wrong evil thoughts had stated to gain in various counties in the Country. Instead during this period, fewer rehabilitation in terms of building structures and the major problems were mostly: political willing to reconcile communities in rural areas, low motives to offering services to the most desperate populations. These made social living standard more infected and an ineffective to build around their ambitious development ideas. Political development

Although they had tried to excel their humble efforts of delivering services to the community. Less hope has maintain it holds of poverty abjection. All in all Panaruu people are grateful for their time spent as community leaders. It is the most devastated in term of political achievement: No sights in any that could assimilates political development in Panrieng county and Abiemnhom due to long war between North Sudan and South Sudan
