Practicing good hygiene is a key strategy to help reduce the spread of respiratory illnesses like COVID-19, flu, and RSV.

There are several actions you can take, including:
🤧 Covering your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your elbow instead of your hands
🧼 Frequently washing your hands with soap and water to remove germs from your hands or by using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol when soap and water are not available
✨ Regularly cleaning touched surfaces like doorknobs and countertops
