Just felt an immense sense of gratitude this morning. Gratitude for a beautiful morning. For my feet touching the sand and wading through the ocean water. Gratitude for the spectacular nature and the caves we visited. Gratitude that the dogs were loving it and running around. Gratitude that this is my every day morning routine. Loving life! 💛

Today I woke up feeling strong, craving a powerful vinyasa practice while also feeling positive and well-rested. It’s so important to recognize the connection between physical strength and mental clarity! At the same time, we must honor the reality that every day is different. Tuning into your body’s vibrations and acknowledging how you feel in this moment is key. Our energy ebbs and flows, and finding peace in those fluctuations nourishes both body and mind.
