The Women’s Yoga and cultural retreat July 18-21 2024 -Guided by yoga master Stefanie Rude.

Stefanie is an adjunct instructor at Adelphi University and Nassau Community College. For the past 10 years at NCC, Stefanie instructs her favorite class, yoga! She is lucky enough to have been exposed to a variety of techniques to nurture, movement, breathwork and meditative practices. With that and the help of physical activity, she takes pride in being able to help people cultivate their self esteem and to encourage them to always strive to be their best selves. “ “we have one body – and it is that one body that allows us to live a limitless life!” Stefanie Rude
Enjoy 4 days by the ocean and sightseeing in beautiful El Salvador. Take time for yourself and come relax and energize at our beach front house. We will have sunrise yoga every day (no prior yoga experience, yoga mats provided and optional!). Everyone is welcome. Stephanie will guide us and support us!

One way to get out of your comfort zone is doing what you think is challenging or something you’ve never done before like a Volcano 🌋 hike!! You have full control, use it to you advantage and accomplish big things!
