تهدم كبير بأسنان الفك السفلي لدرجه كانت اللثه قد غطت كامل المتبقي من الأسنان..
📍خطوات العمل وفق الآتي :
🔴قطع كامل اللثه حول الأسنان
🔴العمل في اليوم التالي على إعاده تأهيل الأسنان وبناؤها باستخدام أوتاد الفايبر بوست
🔴ذلك بعد حصول شفاء للثه بشكل جيد
🔴تحضير الأسنان
🔴طبعه للاسنان المحضره
🔴تم تثبيت الجسر الجديد ليؤدي الوظيفه الجماليه والمضغيه بشكل مناسب

This is one of the cases that was completed with love & happiness in my clinic..
Alarge collapse of the lower jaw teeth,to the point that the gums had completely covered the remaining teeth..
📍 Steps to work as follows:
🔴 Complete excision of the gum around the teeth
🔴The second day, work on rehabilitating & building the teeth using fiber post pegs
🔴This is after the gums have healed well
🔴 Preparing the teeth
🔴 Impression of the prepared teeth
🔴Then, cementation the new bridge to perform the aesthetic & chewing function appropriately

مع مراعاه كامل ظروف التحضير وضمان حمايه للنسج السنيه دون المبالغة بالتحضير..
