ما هُوَ التهاب اللفافة الأخمصية؟
اللفافة الأخمصية عبارة عن حزمة من الأنسجة التي تربط كعب القدم بكريّة القدم.التهاب اللفافة الأخمصيَّة هو ألم في القدم ينجُم عن مشكلة في اللفافة الأخمصيَّة،وأحيانًا يُسمَّى بالإنكليزية plantar fasciosis.

وهُو السبب الأكثر شُيُوعًا للألم في العقب؛

وغالبًا ما يتفاقم الألم عندما يبدأ الشخص بالمشي بعد استيقاظه في الصباح ومن بعد فتراتٍ من الراحة،

وهُوَ شائع عند الأشخاص الذين يمضون الكثير من الوقت واقفين على أقدامهم.

يمكن أن يكون التمطيطُ وتطبيق الثلج وتغيير الأحذية مفيدًا،

ويُعطي الأطباءُ المرضى حُقن الستيرويدات القشرية احياناً.

كسور الغصن النضير عند الاطفال
كسور شائعة جدا عند الاطفال، وسميت كذلك بسبب تشابهها بطريقة الكسر مع غصن الشجرة الاخضر الطري، حيث ان عظام الاطفال تكون طرية.
ولايحدث فيها كسر كامل بالعظم حيث ينحني العظم ويتشقق، بدلاً من أن ينكسر كليًا إلى قطع منفصلة.
التشخيص طبعا عن طريق الاشعة..
والعلاج عادة التثبيت بالجبس لمدة ثلاث اسابيع .
