سعدنا للغاية بالتعاون مع مديرية الصحة في اللاذقية و الهيئة العامة لمشفى التوليد والأطفال حيث قدمت الدكتورة آلاء حمدان، مؤسس الفريق ، كورس تدريبي مكثف في نشر الحالات الطبية النادرة و كيفية كتابة تقريرها وارساله للمجلات العلمية المحكمة في خطوة عملية لرفع تصنيف جامعاتنا ومشافينا وهيئاتنا التعليمية ، و الاستفادة من الحالات النادرة التي توثق في مشافينا وبالتالي رفع السوية العلمية لاطبائنا من خلال ادراج البحث العلمي في برامج الاقامة بغرض التخصص في سوريا وهو هدفنا القادم ان شاء الله 🇸🇾

سعدت للغاية بالاقبال الشديد لدى اطبائنا واستاتذتنا واهتمامهم بالبحث العملي..وماهي الا خطوة اولى في طريق توفير تدريب شامل ذو جودة عالية 🌟

Self-care and self-love are two important concepts that are often overlooked in our fast-paced and stressful lives. However, taking care of ourselves is essential for our physical, emotional, and mental well-being❤️

Self-care involves taking actions that promote physical health, such as eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and avoiding harmful substances. It also includes taking care of our emotional and mental health, such as practicing mindfulness, setting boundaries, and seeking support when needed.

Self-love, on the other hand, is about accepting and valuing ourselves for who we are. It involves treating ourselves with kindness and compassion, and acknowledging our worth and strengths. Self-love is not about being perfect or having it all together, but rather about embracing our imperfections and learning to love ourselves despite them.

كان عاما ً مليئاً باللحظات الحاسمة، مليئا ً بالاصدقاء الحقيقين، بالنمو وفهم الذات، بالحب والامتنان. وفي الآن نفسه، كان عاما ً مليئاً بالتحديات والصعوبات والحزن و الصدمات. اعظم هدية في نهاية هذا العام هي سلامة والدي الحبيب ،بعد شهور قضيناها في المشفى كانت صعبةً علينا وعليك ولكنك كنت قويا ً كفايةً لمجابهتها❤️

Well, don't you feel behind sometimes ? Like you suppose to be doing more, achieving more, etc... ?

If I have to talk about one thing I'm proud of about my journey is my ability to understand emotions pretty well. This is something didn't come naturally to, it's something I studied really well and spent hours and hours connecting the dots of human psychology and behavior. That's was for personal reasons, but I didn't realize back then that it would be of such importance in my life both personally and professionally.

You feel overwhelmed by the things you suppose to do but you're not doing yet, you distract yourself on social media where ppl's lives are very perfect, they are high achievers, they are getting paid better than you, they have travelled to places you wanted to travel to as well l... And you think, wow .. I'm behind, I'm supposed to be more. You get disappointed, upset, angry, and you feel stuck !!!

Yes people are going on with their lives, but they show you very little, only the good stuff are out there. They don't document the bad days, the crying over dump things , the fight against their complicated problems, The deteriorating health of them, the dark moments of disconnection with themselves, and so on.

You're on your own unique path, you're racing nobody, and you're navigating through your own journey. No one's life should look like yours. Give your self the space to cope and deal with the outside world and keep in minds, one's must have Chaos within oneself to be able to give birth to the dancing star ✨

As an ambitious person, While being occupied with you dreams and aspirations, you may forget to show gratitude towards what you already have !

Today I'm just expressing gratitude for my family, health and small successes. Dad's been having a critical health issues and I couldn't be more grateful to have him back even though the healing process is taking much longer than expected.

الكورس يدرس باللغة العربية، يمكنك أنا تكون طالب في احدى الكليات الطبية سواء الطب البشري وطب الأسنان والصيدلة و التمريض والعلوم الصحية والمعاهد الطبية. او طبيباً ممارساً او اخصائياً.

لا يشترط أن تكون خريجاً

مدة الكورس شهران، مع التركيز على بناء الخبرة العملية

المتابعة مع المتدربين بشكل دوري حتى الوصول لاهداف الكورس.

Life has a funny way of throwing challenges our way. It's the falls, the stumbles, the moments we hit the ground that often define our journey. But here's the secret to winning the game: it's not about how many times you fall; it's about how many times you get back up.

Few days I had a conversation with a freind and he said, all great ppl have suffered intensely before they've got their chance ! I Always thought that The path to success is rarely paved with petals. It's more like a rugged, winding trail with its fair share of bumps and obstacles. But that's precisely what makes the journey worthwhile. The hardships, the trials, they're the very catalysts for growth and progress.

Ease, my friends, is a sly deceiver. It might whisper sweet promises of comfort, but it seldom leads to greatness. Progress requires effort, sweat, and an unwavering commitment to rise even when life knocks you down.

So, if you ever find yourself on the ground, know this: you're in the perfect position to spring back stronger than ever. Every fall is a lesson, every setback a setup for a comeback. The path may be steep, but the view from the top is worth every struggle. 💫
