السلاسل الجرثومية العيارية
(Reference Bacterial Strains)

في عالم الأحياء الدقيقة، حيث تتفاعل الكائنات غير المرئية في هدوء، تقف السلاسل الجرثومية العيارية كمرجعيات دقيقة تضمن سلامة وجودة العمل داخل كل مختبر ميكروبي دوائي. فهي ليست مجرد مستعمرات بكتيرية على أطباق الآغار، بل أدوات علمية حية تُستخدم لضبط الاختبارات وضمان دقة وموثوقية النتائج.

ما هي السلاسل الجرثومية العيارية؟
هي سلالات بكتيرية نقية، معروفة المصدر، ومدروسة الخصائص، تُستخدم كمعايير مرجعية في اختبارات الميكروبيولوجيا. ومن أبرز الجهات التي توفر هذه السلالات:

ATCC: منظمة أمريكية غير ربحية متخصصة في حفظ وتوزيع السلالات القياسية.

NCTC: مجموعة بريطانية مرموقة تُقدم سلالات نمطية عالية الجودة.

Liofilchem: شركة إيطالية تُنتج سلالات مجففة بالتجميد تُستخدم لضبط الأداء في التحاليل الجرثومية.

لماذا يحتاج المختبر الجرثومي في المعمل الدوائي إلى هذه السلالات؟

وجود السلالات الجرثومية العيارية في المختبرات الدوائية ليس خيارا، بل ضرورة تنظيمية وعلمية، وذلك للأسباب التالية:
١- ضمان مطابقة المنتجات لمعايير الجودة العالمية (مثل GMP وISO 17025)
٢- التحقق من كفاءة وسائل التعقيم والتصنيع العقيم عبر استخدام سلالات معيارية مقاومة أو حساسة
٣- إجراء اختبارات التحدي الميكروبي (Microbial Challenge Tests) على المواد الحافظة
٤- تأكيد فعالية المضادات الحيوية في تركيبات دوائية جديدة
٥- توثيق النتائج المخبرية بشكل يمكن الرجوع إليه وتدقيقه من الجهات الرقابية

باستخدام هذه السلالات، يصبح المختبر قادرًا على إثبات أن إجراءاته واختباراته موثوقة وقابلة للتكرار، مما يعزز الثقة في جودة المنتج الدوائي النهائي وسلامته.

كيف تتم المحافظة عليها؟
نظرًا لحساسيتها وأهميتها، تخزّن هذه السلالات تحت شروط دقيقة:
١- في درجات حرارة منخفضة جدًا تصل إلى -70 درجة مئوية، غالبًا مع مواد واقية مثل الجلسرين
٢- باستخدام أنظمة متخصصة مثل الخرز المجمد لتقليل التلوث
٣- مع إجراء زراعات دورية للتأكد من النقاء والحيوية

هل هي مكلفة؟
السلالات الجرثومية العيارية ليست متوفرة بسهولة، إذ يتطلب إنتاجها وتوثيقها تكلفة عالية، حسب نوعها ومصدرها وشكلها (مجمدة أو مجففة بالتجميد). ورغم التكلفة، فإنها تمثل استثمارًا أساسيًا في جودة العمل المخبري وامتثال المختبر للمعايير العالمية.

السلاسل الجرثومية العيارية ليست مجرد كائنات دقيقة تُزرع في المختبر، بل هي أدوات حيوية تضمن صحة النتائج ودقة التشخيص وسلامة الدواء. هي البصمة العلمية الهادئة التي تحرس كل تجربة مخبرية وتدعم كل قرار علاجي، بصمت ودقة وثقة.

Researchers recently investigated the role of iMg and tMg in children undergoing liver transplantation. The authors concluded that “tMg does not reflect the important changes that occur during liver transplantation. These results emphasize the significance of the use of iMg in pediatric liver transplantation, although the clinical impact of ionized hypomagnesemia warrants further investigation.”
