A female patient came with multiple loss of anterior teeth and prior unsuccessful treatment.
In we removed any old prosthesis and made sure that all teeth are healthy and then we made a by zircon crowns.

راجعت المريضة بشكوى وظيفية وجمالية نظراً للفقد المتعدد للأسنان في المنطقة الأمامية وإجراء معالجات تعويضية سابقة غير ملائمة.
قمنا بإزالة التعويضات السابقة بشكل كامل والتأكد من عدم وجود اية نخور متبقية في الأسنان
ثم قمنا بتصميم ابتسامة جديدة باستخدام تيجان الزيركون و بمراعاة جميع التفاصيل الوظيفية والجمالية.

A 40-year-old female came complaining about multiple dental caries and a shy smile as a result.
We removed these caries in and made a confident smile just by making 6 and without further preparation of the buccal surfaces despite the presence of discoloring in upper left central insicor.

A 25-year-old female patient came with palatal displacement of the upper left canine.
As the patient was well-motivated so the management was as follows:
_ After alignment of the teeth we created space by extraction of the first upper permanent premolars.
_ Surgical exposure of the canine.
_ Orthodontic traction of the canine to its ideal position.

Beyond the scope of cosmetic treatment.
A 50_year_old male patient came complaining of pain, bad taste and smell while and after undergoing endodontic treatment of left upper first premolar.
Panoramic radiograph provided a limited-view to evaluate the diagnosis, so we needed CBCT image to confirm.
The computed tomography showed overextension of Gutta Percha and multi_broken root.
Which caused mechanical irritation of the maxillary sinus and sinus infection as a sequelae.
Guess the dentist was so aggressive to enter the filling this deep and broke the tooth as well.
In our clinic, the patient underwent triple antibiotic therapy and surgical extraction of all broken tooth's pieces.

قمنا بعمل جراحي بقلع السن لمريض تعرض لسوء معالجة أدت إلى انكسار السن إلى أجزاء وإصابة الجيب الفكي بالتهاب حاد..
الجزء الخارج من السن ما هو إلا امتداد لحشوة الاقنية الجذرية أو ما هو متعارف عليه بحشو العصب..
أرجو الاطمئنان لأن المريض الان بحالة صحية ممتازة وكأن شيئاً لم يكن.

حالة لطفلة تملك سن زائدة في عظم الفك تحت الرحى المؤقتة
الأمر الذي يمنع امتصاص الجذور وبالتالي يمنع بزوغ الضاحك الدائم..
لذلك قمنا باجراء عمل جراحي بسيط تم من خلاله قلع الرحى المؤقتة وإزالة السن الزائد مما يسمح ببزوغ الضاحك الخلف..

كان امرا جللاً اعتصر قلوبنا حتى أدماها..
ننعيه اليوم أخاً وصديقاً..ونسأل الله أن يلهمنا وإياكم الصبر والسلوان
