Today I'll show you a new kind of alternatie sweets which is DATES WITH CHOCOLATE .
●the ingredients are :
-Dates
-Nuts (almonds and walnuts)
-Diet chocolate
(we roast the nuts, we take out the date seed and put In its place the nuts, we melt the chocolate and dip the dates in the melted chocolate and leave it to cool)
● This kind of sweet is healthy, delecious and give u energy through the day .
