The Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) continues to demonstrate its commitment not only to quality healthcare, but also to preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Today, ENHI Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mazwi Mavuso once again proudly saw off members of the ENHI Lutsango Regiment as they departed for the second leg of the 2026 Marula Festival, which will be held at Hlane Royal Residence. This afternoon, the regiment will present tetfulo to Their Majesties through Her Majesty the Queen Mother and participate in the sacred festivities throughout the weekend, before observing a well-deserved rest on Monday during the Lutsango Holiday, designated to honour their dedication and hard work during the annual Marula Festival.
Participation in such cultural activities is of great importance, as it strengthens unity, identity, and a shared sense of belonging among emaSwati. For institutions like ENHI, involvement in national traditions reflects respect for the country’s values and reinforces the spirit of togetherness that is essential in building a strong, compassionate and people-centred health system.
As ENHI, we remain proud to stand in unity with the nation - honouring our culture while continuing to serve the people with dedication, humility, and excellence.

Stronger together for a healthier Eswatini. 🤝🏥

Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) was privileged to welcome a delegation from Good Shepherd Catholic Hospital (GSCH) today for a fruitful benchmarking engagement, further strengthening the spirit of partnership that continues to unite mission health institutions in serving the nation.

In a developing country like ours, collaboration is not just important — it is essential. When health institutions come together to share knowledge, support one another, and learn from best practices, we build a stronger, more innovative, and more accessible health system for all emaSwati. Such partnerships inspire progress, improve the quality of care, and remind us that the mission to heal is greater when carried out together.

ENHI deeply values this growing relationship with GSCH and remains committed to fostering partnerships that advance compassionate, excellent, and life-changing healthcare for our communities.

A transformative milestone for community healthcare
Sigcaweni Nazarene Clinic (Lubombo Region) has received a remarkable E160 000 facelift through the generous support of the Eswatini Charitable Trust, in partnership with UK-based, African-born Dr Greg Warner. This impactful investment has expanded the clinic’s consultation rooms from one to four, with a dispenser - significantly reducing patient waiting times and enhancing the quality and efficiency of care.
The project also included the installation of potable water and other key improvements, further strengthening service delivery at the facility. As one of the 20 community clinics under the Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI), Sigcaweni Nazarene Clinic continues to grow as a beacon of accessible, community-centred healthcare.
Yesterday (Tuesday, 3 March 2026), representatives from the Eswatini Charitable Trust, Dr Warner, and ENHI Management visited the clinic to witness firsthand the positive impact of this collaboration.
Together, we are building healthier communities - one clinic at a time.

A proud and memorable weekend for Eswatini Nazarene Health Institutions (ENHI) Lutsango at the vibrant Marula Festival at Buhleni Royal Residence!

Rooted in culture, unity, and tradition, this annual celebration brought together emaSwati from all walks of life — and ENHI was honoured to be part of the experience. As we continue to serve the nation in health, we equally celebrate the heritage that binds us together.

In line with our commitment to care and preparedness, ENHI also deployed a dedicated medical team on-site to provide timely medical support to members of the Lutsango Regiment and attendees who might have required medical attention during the ceremony.

Serving our communities goes beyond our facilities — it is about being present, responsive, and supportive wherever the nation gathers.
