Many people ask: At what age do you start doing medical beauty?
I would like to correct one sentence first: “Age” is not a switch, the “state” and “goal” of the skin are.
At the age of 25, some people have stable barriers as long as their foundation is maintained;
Some people have been staying up late for a long time, experiencing an imbalance in dry oil, and repeatedly closing their mouths. Whether or not to do it, and what to do, can make a big difference.
Here is a “more common management focus” by age group (for reference only, subject to professional evaluation):
18-22: First, stabilize the chassis
(barrier&cleaning logic). Common requirements include oil discharge, closed mouth, occasional acne, and sensitivity. It is recommended to use gentle cleaning, basic hydration, and barrier stability. Stop excessive skincare/disorderly stacking first
Not recommended: pursue strong stimulation from the beginning and frequently change the efficacy type 23-27: start “refinement” but not too aggressively (pores, dullness, early signs of aging)
More common needs: coarse pores, dullness, unsatisfactory makeup, initial fine lines. It is recommended to perform periodic brightening and meticulous management after stable basic care
Keywords: regularity, rhythm, trackability.28-34: Focus on “anti stress and repair rhythm”.
More common needs include staying up late on the face, fatigue, dry lines, and local relaxation. It is recommended to have comprehensive management of repair, antioxidant, and tightening direction (not necessarily doing more is better)
Keywords: Reduce inflammatory stress, improve skin tolerance 35-40+: Emphasize “simultaneous management of structure and texture”. Common needs: sagging and downward movement, more obvious lines. Suggestion: Break down the target into two things:
1) Skin texture (translucent, delicate, stable)
2) Contour and support (requiring more careful evaluation and planning)🌸🌸🌸 book with éclat spa let’s us show you how 🌸
