🎗️Stronger Together Against Cancer｜2026 Eswatini–Taiwan Cancer Conference 🇸🇿🇹🇼
✨ The 2026 Eswatini–Taiwan Cancer Conference was successfully held on 17/03 at Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane, bringing together experts from the Ministry of Health of Eswatini and Taiwan’s Wanfang Hospital 🤝 to exchange insights on cancer care and control.
The conference featured a wide range of important topics, including national cancer statistics and updates, management of triple-negative breast cancer, challenges of gastric cancer in Eswatini, cervical cancer surgery, gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN), and the role of immunohistochemistry in cancer diagnosis 🔬🧬.
⚡ Updates on radiation and nuclear law, as well as progress on the radiotherapy project, were also shared ☢️. In addition, local experiences in cervical cancer screening were highlighted 🩺, followed by a productive discussion on future directions .🌍
💡 Taiwan’s medical team shared valuable clinical expertise 👩⚕️👨⚕️, while Eswatini’s healthcare professionals contributed frontline perspectives 🏥. The dynamic exchange sparked meaningful discussions and laid a strong foundation for future collaboration in strengthening early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.
