Ekuphileni Clinic, in collaboration with Lenmed South Africa, successfully hosted the Eswatini CPD Seminar under the theme:
𝑨𝙙𝒗𝙖𝒏𝙘𝒊𝙣𝒈 𝑪𝙡𝒊𝙣𝒊𝙘𝒂𝙡 𝙀𝒙𝙘𝒆𝙡𝒍𝙚𝒏𝙘𝒆 𝑻𝙝𝒓𝙤𝒖𝙜𝒉 𝑴𝙪𝒍𝙩𝒊𝙙𝒊𝙨𝒄𝙞𝒑𝙡𝒊𝙣𝒂𝙧𝒚 𝑪𝙤𝒍𝙡𝒂𝙗𝒐𝙧𝒂𝙩𝒊𝙤𝒏 𝒕𝙝𝒊𝙨 𝙥𝒂𝙨𝒕 𝑺𝙖𝒕𝙪𝒓𝙙𝒂𝙮.

The conference brought together medical doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals for a day of insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and professional development aimed at strengthening healthcare delivery in Eswatini.

Dr M Mkhatshwa, Lenmed Head of Social Impact.

He delivered a speech outlining the collaboration between Ekuphileni Clinic and Lenmed, emphasizing that the partnership is designed to strengthen services, ensure a smooth cross border referral system and bring in enhanced expertise and access to specialist care. He also highlighted that this collaboration will not only improve continuity of care for patients but also elevate the quality of treatment through shared knowledge, advanced medical skills, and coordinated support between the two entities.

Dr N. Dlamini (Orthopaedic Surgeon) from Lenmed Ethekwini Hospital and Heart Centre gave a presentation on Unilateral Biportal Endoscopic (UBE) Decompression of the Spine.

Our first speaker, Dr D. Mabundza, Dermatologist, delivered a powerful and insightful session on "Secondary Syphilis. Her presentation highlighted key clinical insights and the importance of early diagnosis. Dr Mabundza shared the latest statistics and encouraged collaboration among medical doctors and the Ministry of Health to drive action and increase awareness.
