Starting this Saturday Post-Natal class @ 1115am-1215pm.
If you have had a baby (after 6 weeks) and are feeling the effects of motherhood: the fatigue, weakened pelvic floor and abdominals, aching neck and shoulders and loss of endurance be sure to come to this class.
This gentle Pilates and Yoga infused class will help to restore the body and get you back on the road to the shape you were pre-pregnancy.
