🌿 This 40-hour YACEP-certified training is designed for absolutely everybody, from absolute beginners to dedicated practitioners, as well as yoga teachers and wellness professionals who wish to deepen their understanding and refine their practice of Pranayama and Meditation — not just as techniques, but as direct experiences leading to greater awareness, clarity, and vitality.
🌿 Whether you seek to enhance your personal practice or skillfully weave breath and meditation into your teaching, this training offers an integrated, experiential approach rooted in classical yogic wisdom and supported by modern understanding.
🌿 Together, we will explore a diverse range of meditation techniques, from silent, and breath-centered practices to active meditations, using visualisation techniques and mantra-based methods, as well as mindfulnes practices — offering you a full spectrum of tools to meet the different needs of body, mind, and soul.
