Is your thumb or wrist pain limiting your daily life ?
you might be experiencing "𝗱𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗻'𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀"
👍ภาวะ ปลอกหุ้มเอ็นกล้ามเนื้อนิ้วโป้งอักเสบ
มีสาเหตุมาจาก การใช้งานข้อมือหรือนิ้วโป้ง กระดกข้อมือฝั่งนิ้วโป้งซ้ำๆ จนเกิดการหนาตัว บวมและอักเสบของปลอกหุ้มเส้นเอ็น
📈งานวิจัยยังพบว่าภาวะนี้พบได้บ่อยในคุณแม่ตั้งครรภ์ในช่วงไตรมาสสุดท้ายหรือหลังคลอด เนื่องจากผลของฮอร์โมนและกิจกรรมอุ้มลูก
💢อาการแสดง
🔴เจ็บ ข้อมือฝั่งนิ้วโป้ง ขณะ หยิบ จับ กำ บิด เปิดขวด ยกของ อุ้มลูก
🔴ตึง ขัดเวลาเคลื่อนไหวข้อมือและนิ้วโป้ง
🔴บวมบริเวณข้อมือฝั่งนิ้วโป้ง
🔴ปวดร้าวไปปลายนิ้วโป้งหรือปลายแขน
🔎วิธีตรวจประเมินตนเอง ตามภาพด้านล่างในคอมเม้นต์⬇️
🩺แนวทางการรักษาด้วยตนเอง
"โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งการฉีดยาหรือการผ่าตัด"
✅พักการใช้งาน
✅เลี่ยงการใช้งานในกิจกรรมที่กระตุ้นอาการหรือทำซ้ำๆ

common condition causes tenderness, pain and swelling at the base of the thumb due to tendon sheath inflammation.
📈From the researching, The condition typically affects women in the last pregnancy or the postpartum period, who repeatedly lift a newborn with thumbs radially abducted and wrists going from ulnar to radial deviation.
