02.04 Full Moon Ceremony
We meet on the rocks by the sea at the moment the Moon rises when its influence is strongest and everything inside becomes more visible: emotions, tension in the body, mental noise.

The ocean supports this process.
Water outside helps move water inside, so instead of overload, the body can release and settle.

This evening is for:
•regulating your state,
•releasing accumulated tension,
•bringing the body back to a softer, more stable baseline.

What we’ll do:
• Cacao to open perception and bring attention inward
• Full Moon meditation to stabilize the mind and direct the energy
• Sound healing with Tibetan bowls to relax the nervous system and release physical and emotional tension
