Each class I guide is carefully designed for ALL LEVELS.
We go asana by asana (posture by posture), step by step, at different paces, so you can reach your own potential with correct alignment from the very beginning.
I promise that you will love the practice, whether you are an advanced student or a beginner!!!
Throughout the entire practice, we work with the breath (prana), following a pleasant rhythm—another essential key of Yoga that supports balance, focus, and vitality.
This approach allows you to experience the true benefits of Yoga, nurturing both your physical and inner body.
The most important aspect of every class is learning to respect your inner voice and your personal limits, knowing when to take a break or gently move forward.
