FlowYOGA -ALL levels.Monday to Saturday.9am till 10:45, Shala facing the Sea in Nakara Long Beach Resort,the practice includes,Guided Meditation,Breathing Work, Warming,Asanas(postures)and we end as any practice should do. In 2009 I left my old profession, and I decided to dedicate my life to the yoga practice, among others healing technics and the instruction of all them in convination with the nomad life I decided to live. I can promise, you will love the practice!, either you are advance or beginner. Each class I guide are daily developed for all levels! We go asana by asana (posture by posture),step by step, at different speed and you will be able to reach your own peak with a right posture from the beginning, getting the real benefits of the Yoga Practice, which will help your entire physical and inner body. During the whole practice, we work with the breath(prana), following a nice rhythm which is another key of Yoga that will help you in many ways too. The most important in this class is to respect your inner voice and your own limits, which will let you know when you should take a brake or gently go forward ! The Spiritual Awareness and all the other extraordinary benefits as, mental, physical, emotional and psychic, that we obtain through the Yoga Practice, is what make me love what I do and it gives a real meaning to my life and help me push myself everyday, for to give all my best in each session I lead, trying that everyone get a great experience and why not, nourish the Yoga seed that exist in all of us.

Since 6.000 thousand years ago, humans known the benefits of the YOGA, which means around 4.000 BC !!!!. In our “western” culture, since many years the Yoga practice it´s being object of many studies and measurement by the most prestigious scientist in the world, being able of prove once and again and again, under scientist protocols the AMAZING results of the practice, wherever the level you are able to reach, just as much as some basics breathing technic( Pranayama),or postures (Asanas) sequences, or by the ultimate level of a meditation statement.

Here I leave to all of you, just and extract of the results obtained by one those thousands studies about the Yoga Benefits !!! So if you are already of my class, we can all together be aware and thankfully about all its amazing effects that daily we bring to our inner and physical bodies.

“Numerous studies have shown yoga to have an immediate down-regulating effect on both the SNS=HPA axis response to stress. Studies show that yoga decreases levels of salivary cortisol, blood glucose, as well as plasma rennin levels, and 24-hour urine norepinephrine and epinephrine levels.
Yoga significantly decreases heart rate and systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Studies suggest that yoga reverses the negative impact of stress on the immune system by increasing levels of immunoglobulin A12 as well as natural killer cells.
Yoga has been found to decrease markers of inflammation such as high sensitivity C-reactive protein as well as inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-614 and lymphocyte-1B.
Yoga appears to be equal or superior to exercise in relieving certain symptoms associated with diabetes, multiple sclerosis, menopause, kidney disease, and schizophrenia.
Yoga has recently been found to have beneficial effects on blood glucose levels in individuals with diabetes and other chronic health conditions. In a blinded, randomized controlled trial involving 186 type 2 diabetics, Gordon et al. (2008) compared the effects of 6 months of weekly classes plus home practice of yoga with aerobic exercise plus stretching. Compared to baseline measures and a control group, both yoga and exercise led to significant reductions at 3 and 6 months in fasting blood glucose (29.48% and 27.43%, respectively, p < 0.0001).
Both the exercise and yoga groups exhibited improvements in serum total cholesterol ( p < 0.0001), and very low density lipoprotein ( p 1⁄4 0.036) compared with controls. One indicator of oxidative stress—malondialdehyde—significantly decreased in the yoga and exercise groups (19.9% and 18.1%, respectively, p < 0.0001 for both), and superoxide dismutase, a measure of oxidative status, increased by 24.08% in the yoga group and 20.18% in the exercise group, ( p < 0.05 for both).
Yoga has been shown to be effective in relieving symptoms of mental illness including depression, anxiety, obsessive–compulsive disorder, and schizophrenia.
Duraiswamy et al, compared the effects of 4 months of daily yoga asana and pranayama with exercise on symptoms of psychosis in 61 schizophrenic patients receiving antipsychotic treatment. The exercise intervention involved walking, jogging, seated and standing exercises, and relaxation—activities that closely approximate yoga. Both the yoga and exercise groups exhibited significant reductions in psychotic symptom, but the yoga group improved significantly better (F1⁄45.0, p1⁄40.03).

During at least 4 years, for many reasons I’ve been hesitant to share my Instagram account and make it public. I truly preferred to be discreet, saving my experiences, memories and more for the moments when I can share them face to face with my friends, family and Yoga Students.
But as you know my and I, are traveling most of the time, our nomad life it´s in constant expansion :) and most of the time in secret, so with many of you, I unfortunately don’t have the chance to share all, like I would like to! So here we are with a Public Account in INSTAGRAM, just follow me.

I began my personal Yoga practice in 2005, which changed the direction of my whole life. In 2009 I left my old profession (Architect) and I decided to dedicate my life to the Yoga practice, among others technics and the instruction of all them ( Yoga, Reiki, Autohealing Technics , etc) around the world.
