About Rewardz

Rewardz is a corporate perks service based in Singapore that complements human resource (HR) efforts for medium to large organisations. The mobile and web-based platform helps organisations acquire company benefits from third-party vendors, as well as organise company events, handle corporate bookings and deliver customised push notifications for the organisation’s HR activities. In

just under two years, Rewardz has garnered more than 30 clients, including National University Healthcare System (NUHS). Aetos, Courts, Crocs, DB Schenker, Fuji Xerox, IHG, SPRING Singapore. Rewardz has also received recognition as “Best in Benefit Technology” during the Benefits Asia 2013 Conference. In April 2015, the Rewardz application was rebranded as EmPerks, making Rewardz an umbrella brand for both its current product lines – EmPerks and Flabuless. About EmPerks

Created in 2012, EmPerks is Rewardz’s flagship online and mobile app that provides employees with corporate privileges in areas such as health, food and beverage, and lifestyle. EmPerks makes corporate rate information more accessible via web and mobile, and simplifies perks redemption for employees whose organisations are signed up with the service. With over 600 perks on the platform, EmPerks is one of the largest corporate perks platform in Singapore. About Flabuless

Launched as a full-fledged mobile application in April 2015, Flabuless encourages employees to keep fit by rewarding them with both cash and non-cash incentives by completing individual and team fitness challenges, as well as compete with one another with online fitness tracking records and leaderboard comparisons. Flabuless is also programmed to seamlessly sync with popular fitness devices such as RunKeeper and Fitbit for a better experience.

That’s why we’re so proud of our Performance Marketing Manager, who recently had the opportunity to moderate a powerful panel at Jakarta Marketing Week 2025, hosted by MARKPLUS, CORP.

We challenged ourselves to be the first to experience what we built, so as we launched , we kicked off an internal wellness journey: Miles & Smiles.

Our goal? 3.5 million steps. What happened instead? Our superheroes walked their way to a phenomenal 9.8 million steps!

But this challenge wasn’t just about the step count. It was about connection, fun, and showing up for ourselves and each other. From pilates and nature jogs to treadmill walks, badminton games, Zumba moves, even healthier meals, our team embraced the challenge in their own unique ways.

And through it all, kept it simple. Helping us track progress, celebrate milestones, and learn more about how we engage with wellbeing. Most importantly, it gave us insight into how to evolve beyond step goals, and focus on building healthier, lasting habits.
