Trika is named after the three Hindu goddesses known as the goddesses of savior. Our yoga studio, Trika Yog, is the first open concept yoga studio in the heart of Bangkok. The studio is purposefully designed with the intent to create a calm and serene atmosphere to allow you to rediscover the traditional practices of yoga to heal, develop strength, awareness, and harmony with or between the mind a
nd the body. We truly believe that you will fully benefit from yoga when you have an instructor who is committed and fully understand the fundamentals of the practice, coupled with a studio atmosphere that allows you to focus and encourages you to melt away tension and stress and reconnect with a deep sense of peace. This studio was developed by three individuals who have the deepest intuition and truest passion for yoga. We are hoping to share this love along with our experiences with all of you. ท่ามกลางบรรยากาศผ่อนคลายในสตูดิโอแบบเปิดโล่งครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย ใจกลางมหานครกรุงเทพ สตูดิโอ ทริก้า โย้ค มีเป้าหมายที่จะเผยแพร่ศาสตร์ที่มีรากฐานแห่งโยคะแบบดั้งเดิม เพื่อการบำบัด รักษา และสร้างเสริมสุขภาพร่างกายและจิตใจ เพราะเราเชื่อว่าการสอนที่ใส่ใจ ควบคู่ไปกับสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีนั้น จะทำให้ผู้ฝึกได้รับประโยชน์จากโยคะอย่างสมบูรณ์
ทริก้า ยังมีความหมายถึง 3 สิ่งรวมกัน โดยโยคะสตูดิโอนี้เกิดขึ้นจากหัวใจของคนที่รักโยคะทั้ง 3 คน และเราหวังที่จะถ่ายทอดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และประสบการณ์ดีๆที่ได้รับจากโยคะให้กับทุกคนด้วยหัวใจของเราทั้ง 3 คน อยู่กับลมหายใจ และฝึกโยคะไปกับเรานะคะ
