On the journey to having a child, food also plays a very important role.
I wonder what each meal for the moms looks like.
I used to struggle with infertility due to PCOS and irregular periods.
In addition to taking AGO MOM and AGO EVA, I also supplemented my diet with foods to improve egg and s***m quality.
In my meals, I often had boiled vegetables, and sometimes bean sprouts.
I included red meats such as beef, oysters, and shrimp (prepared in many dishes like oyster porridge or grilled oysters, stir-fried or grilled beef, etc.).
For smoothies after meals, I usually had tomato or avocado, and sometimes cereal with various seeds.
I ate three eggs a week and limited fried foods, avoiding oily dishes.
After that period, I was blessed with a little princess.
