An evening to move under the moonlight — to receive nature’s energy in its purest form.
We begin with a gentle Moon Salutation Flow, reconnecting with our feminine essence,
followed by a deeply restorative Soundbath to balance and ground body and mind. 🎶
All of this unfolds in our sacred “Moon Room” at Stretch Studio — a space created for stillness, healing, and returning to your heart 🤍
