Join our International Business unit team at Siam Pharmaceutical Company.

Position : International Business Manager

Core Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and ex*****on of International Business Unit product expansion strategies to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
- Drive the identification, evaluation and management of the international business opportunities/leads that will contribute to financial goals of the company.
- Lead pricing and contract negotiation activities with potential agents/customers to facilitate the contract deal closing.
- Advise on upselling opportunities and oversee contract re-negotiations with existing agents/customers.
- Oversee the improvement of current business processes and cross-functional collaboration to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy.
- Analyzes & reviews the market response / requirements and communicating to the senior management team for accomplishment of the business goals.

The Successful Applicant :

- A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, is required.
- A minimum of 8 years experienced in Marketing/Business Development/Sales role in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong business acumen, analytical & strategic thinking, decision making, communication skills and business development principles.
- Proven client and customer account management skills
- Experienced in written and verbal persuasion skills, analytical, pricing & contract negotiations.
